Shippings and Returns

Shippings- We send your products between 3-5 days after your order.

 

Return and right of withdrawal

If you regret your order and wish to return a product you must contact us by email. Your right of withdrawal last for 14 days and apply on all our products as long as they are in unbroken package and not used. The return are at your own expense except if the product would be damaged, then we will pay the return. This will apply after we have reviewed the item and approved the complaint.

Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all the details about your purchase.

Prices

All prices in the webshop are stated in Euro and include VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust the price at any time and reserve ourselves for price changes caused by price changes from the supplier or printing errors in the webshop.

Complaints and returns

All goods are checked before they are sent to you. Should the product still be broken or faulty when it arrives, we undertake to rectify the fault free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Always contact us before returning a broken or faulty item.
The complaint must be received immediately after the fault has been discovered.

How do I make a complaint?

Any defects should always be reported to greendogisabelle@gmail.com with a description of the defect.

If we are unable to deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the broken or faulty product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will cover return shipping if the complaint is approved.

We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
